SC not hear case on HoR dissolution tomorrow

KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) will not hear the case against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) on Tuesday.

Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana informed the bench that the hearing will not be held on Tuesday to mourn the death of former Justice Indra Raj Pandey.

Rana said that the hearing would be resumed from Wednesday.

Pandey passed away at his residence in Baneshwor on Monday morning at the age of 90.
