Fringe communist parties including Biplav outfit announcing united front on Feb 11



KATHMANDU: Four fringe communist parties of Nepal including the Nepal Communist Party (Revolutionary) and Biplav outfit, which have been arguing that there is a need to find an alternative to the existing parliamentary system, have agreed to form a united front to raise their issues more effectively and efficiently.

According to the sources, the fringe parties will announce the united front in a program to be held at Nepal Academy Building on February 11.

Nepal Communist Party(Biplav), Nepal Communist Party (Revolutionary) led by Mohan Baidya, Nepal Communist Party led by Rishi Kattel, and Scientific Socialist Party led by Bishwobhakta Dulal ‘Ahuti’ all advocating for scientific socialism and republic have agreed to form a joint forum in the form of the united front.

The concept paper on the forthcoming united front and its struggle programs will be announced on February 11.
