COVID-19: Three more Nepalis die abroad



KATHMANDU: Three more Nepalis have died abroad due to coronavirus infection.

According to the Non-Resident Nepali Association, two deaths have been reported in the UK and one in Algeria this week.

With this, the number of deaths due to corona infection has reached 333 in 21 countries.

According to Sanjiv Sapkota, coordinator of the health committee under the Non-Resident Nepali Association, 58,832 Nepalis in 50 countries have been infected with corona till Saturday evening.

Out of total infection,  56,247 have been recovered. The recovery rate stands at 94 percent.

According to the Health Committee of the Non-Resident Nepali Association, more Nepalis in the UK, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Portugal and Nigeria have been infected with coronavirus this week.
