Poudel demands to summon Central Working Committee meeting immediately

KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel has demanded that the party should formulate a clear view on the current political situation.

He said that a democratic party like the Nepali Congress could not just watch the government’s move.

Leader Poudel has urged President Sher Bahadur Deuba through social media to convene a meeting of the Central Working Committee immediately.

Opposing the ‘unconstitutional’ appointments in the constitutional bodies, Poudel said that the party needed to form a clear stand on the issue.

He said that the government has taken unconstitutional steps by showing the ordinance brought by deceiving the parliament
