PADT to construct World Hindu University in Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: The Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) is going to construct World Hindu University in Gothatar in Kageshwori Manohara of Kathmandu.

The university will be constructed on 150 ropani of land out of 534 ropani belonging to PADT.

PADT Member-Secretary Dr. Pradeep Dhakal said that the Sanskrit language, Sanskrit literature, eastern philosophy, classical music, and Nepali religion and culture will be taught at the university.

Dhakal said that the foundation stone of the university will be laid this year, adding that the DPR of the university has been prepared and has reached the final stage.
