APF hits 22 goals past depleted Chaudandigadhi in Women’s League

KATHMANDU: Nepal Armed Police Force Club (APF) defeated Chaudandigadhi Municipality Udaypur (CMU) 22-0 in the National Women’s League match on Monday.

Sabitra Bhandari scored 12 goals, Anu Lama hit five goals, Anita Basnet scored a hat-trick and Saru Limbu and Renuka Nagarkote scored one each in the big win.

Chaudandigadhi had fielded their striker Anjana Thulung between the sticks after the injury to their regular goalkeepers in previous games.

APF remains on the top of the table with 18 points from six matches. Chaudandigadhi, defeated in all six games, remains in the bottom.
