Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 2,029 with two new fatalities



KATHMANDU: As many as two COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 2,029 as of Sunday afternoon.

Likewise, Nepal recorded a total of 105 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,70,959 in the country as of Sunday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 2,594 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 288 infected people got recovery from the virus infection.

So far, 2,66,336 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
