KATHMANDU: The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has predicted partly cloudy weather in the hilly areas of Pradesh 1, Bagmati and Gandaki Pradesh and fair in the rest of the country on Saturday.
According to the Division, light snowfall is likely to occur in some places of high hilly and mountainous regions of Pradesh 1 and Gandaki Pradesh today.
The weather will remain partly to generally cloudy in hilly areas of Pradesh 1, Bagmati Pradesh and Gandaki Pradesh with chances of light snowfall and generally fair in the rest parts of the provinces tonight.
Currently, the weather is partly cloudy in some parts of hilly region of the country. Similarly, some parts of Terai region are covered in thick fogs and clouds while the weather is generally fair in the rest part of the region, according to a weather bulletin issued by the MFD.
The westerly low pressure weather system is having an impact on the weather of Nepal.
