Valley records 2.2 degree; fair weather forecast today



KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Valley has recorded temperature at 2.2 degree Celsius on Thursday morning.

It was recorded at 6 am today, said Ganga Nagarkoti, a meteorologist.

The temperature of the Valley will rise up to 18 to 20 degree Celsius during the day today and the temperature will be generally fair. The Valley has a four-kilometer visibility this morning.

Similarly, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly region of Pradesh 1, Gandaki Pradesh and generally fair weather in the rest parts of the country.

Currently, most parts of the Terai are covered in thick fogs and this weather condition will continue in most parts of the Terai until evening, according to a weather bulletin issued by the MFD.
