Two killed in Saptari motorcycle accident



SAPTARI: Two people died and the other one sustained injuries in a motorcycle accident in Khadak municipality along the Postal Highway in Saptari district.

The deceased have been identified as motorcycle driver Shibendra Sah, 21, and middle rider Arbinda Yadav,25, of Khadka municipality-11. Critically injured Sah and Yadav died while being rushed to the hospital, said District Police Office, Saptari.

Similarly, Sunil Kumar Chaudhary, 21, of the same municipality, who was riding pillion, has sustained critical injuries. He is undergoing treatment at a Rajbiraj-based hospital.

The accident took place when a motorcycle, Pradesh 2-01-001-Pa 6146, heading to east from west met with an accident in Khadak municipality-11 on Wednesday night.
