PM Cup: Police vs Lumbini and APF vs Gandaki today



KATHMANDU: Two matches have been scheduled for the Prime Minister’s Cup Men’s National Cricket Tournament on Thursday.

Nepal Police Club is taking on Lumbini Pradesh at TU Cricket Ground under Group ‘A’. The match is taking place at 9 am.

Both the teams are aiming for the second consecutive victory in the competition. Lumbini has registered a win in its first match while Police club has won one match out of two matches played by it.

Similarly, APF Club and Gandaki Pradesh are locking horns at Mulpani Cricket Ground under Group ‘B’. APF Club has won the first match while Gandaki has won one and lost two matches.

Seven provinces and three departmental teams are taking part in the tournament. The ten teams have been divided into two groups.

Tribhuvan Army Club, APF Club, Gandaki Pradesh, Pradesh 1 and Karnali Pradesh are in Group ‘A’ and Nepal Police Club, Bagmati Pradesh, Lumbini Pradesh, Pradesh 2 and Sudurpaschim Pradesh are in Group ‘B.’
