Did you apply for Chandragiri Hills’ IPO? It’s closing today



KATHMANDU: Today is the last day for applying for the initial public offerings (IPO) of Chandragiri Hills Limited.

The company had issued 153,491 units of shares for Rs 100 per unit last Friday.

Out of the total shares, 61, 364 (4 %) units of shares have been allocated for the staffers of the company, 76,705 (5 %) for the collective investment fund while 1,396,022 have been allocated for the people in general.

Willing applicants can apply for minimum 10 to maximum 13,960 units of shares by today (January 12), said the company.

The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.53 billion following the issuance of the IPO.
