KATHMANDU: Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has predicted light snowfall and rain in high hilly and mountainous regions of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces on Saturday.
Currently, the weather is partly to generally cloudy in most parts of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces while many parts of Tarai is covered in thick fogs, according to meteorologist Meen Kumar Aryal.
Aryal said the weather of Kathmandu is now clear and will remain the same throughout the day today.
The temperature of the Kathmandu Valley is recorded at 4 degree Celsius this morning and will increase up to 22 degree Celsius in the afternoon today.
