6 more succumb to coronavirus, Nepal’s death toll reaches1,909



KATHMANDU: As many as six  COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 1,909 as of Friday afternoon.

Likewise, the country recorded a total of 554 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,64,159 in the country as of Friday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 5,021 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 585 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,57,229 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, 6 persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 1,909.
