Pal, a leader of the Oli faction of the NCP and also a member of the dissolved House of Representatives, took to social media suggesting dissolution of federalism claiming it has become nothing but a platform to appoint political leaders.

She has also suggested a directly-elected executive prime minister and a 105-seat parliament. “This is my personal opinion,” she has said.

Pal said PM Oli should dare to reject federalism, propose a 105 HoR and a maximum of 15 members of the cabinet.

She has also demanded that corrupt leaders sent to jail to rot.

“If you dare to do so, you will always remain in the hearts and minds of the Nepali people,” she has said.
