Chinese Vice Minister Guo visiting NC President Deuba today



KATHMANDU: Visiting Vice Minister of the International Department of Communist Party of China (CPC) Guo Yezhou is visiting President of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba today.

The four-member delegation led by Vice Minister Guo who arrived in Kathmandu on Sunday is visiting NC President Deuba following meetings with the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) leaders.

According to sources, Vice Minister Guo will pay visit to Deuba at the latter’s residence at 10 am. The Chinese delegation will also visit the other leaders of the NC, it is learnt.

The Chinese delegation upon the upon the arrival in Kathmandu on Sunday had met with President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

It paid visits to chairman duo of Prachanda-Nepal faction Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda and Madhav Kumar Nepal on Monday.

Similarly, it also visited former Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai and Speaker Agni Sapkota on Monday itself.
