JSP demonstrates in Kathmandu against HoR dissolution



KATHMANDU: The Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal staged a demonstration in Kathmandu on Sunday against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) by Prime Minister KP Oli.

Federal Council Chairman Baburam Bhattarai, Central Executive Council Chairman Upendra Yadav and other party leaders participated in the demonstration.

The rally reached Shanti Batika, Ratna Park to converge into a corner meeting. Top leaders are addressing the meeting.

Prime Minister Oli had dissolved the HoR last Sunday.

The party has been protesting the move saying it “unconstitutional”.
