Two persons involved in bike theft arrested in Lalitpur

KATHMANDU: Metropolitan Police has nabbed two persons involved in bike theft from Lalitpur.

According to SSP Janak Bhattarai, the Chief of Metropolitan Traffic Police Division, Ram Sharan Mijar, 25, and Suvash Mijar, 19, both from  Manthali-12 Ramechhap have been arrested from Lagankhel, Lalitpur with Ba 81 Pa 5275 Pulsar bike they have stolen.

SSP Bhattarai informed that Abhishek Dhakal of Kapan in Kathmandu had filed an application on December 24 at the police seeking the latter’s help in search of his lost bike.

“The alleged thieves and the bike have been sent to Metropolitan Police Circle, Bouddha and the petitioner has been informed about the bike,” he said.

The police were deployed in civil dress to search for the lost motorcycle.
