Normal life hit as mercury dips to minus 15 in Humla



HUMLA: The temperature in Humla district bordering northern neighbor China has gone down to minus 15 degree Celsius.

With the fall in the temperature, the Karnali River in Hilsa region has frozen hitting hard the security personnel stationed there.

Armed Police Force Inspector of Border Outpost (BOP) Suraj KC said the Karnali River has frozen with no sunshine in the region, forcing the security personnel and house caretakers to stay indoors.
