5 more succumb to coronavirus taking Nepal’s death toll to 1,808



KATHMANDU: As many as five COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 1,808 as of Thursday afternoon.

Meanwhile, the country recorded a total of 613 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,56,592 in the country as of Thursday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 7,384 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 739 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,47,400 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, 5 persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 1,808.
