A Standing Committee meeting on Sunday had recommended disciplinary action against Oli.

Standing committee member Lilamani Pokharel informed the commission about the decision on Monday afternoon.

He said, “We have submitted the presence of majority members in the Standing Committee meeting and a copy of the decision taken by it to take action against party chairman Oli.”

Sunday’s Standing Committee meeting had recommended disciplinary action against Oli and decided to take the matter to the central committee on Tuesday.
