NEPSE at its highest today



KATHMANDU: The NEPSE index on Wednesday closed at 2,071.02 – the highest close in NEPSE’s history.

It should be noted that the highest close record broken previously was on Tuesday closing above 2,000 for the first time.

Meanwhile, the index created a new high on Wednesday, gaining a 70.62 points from Tuesday’s close.

On Wednesday, the index opened at 2,016.82 making a high of 2077.70.

Likewise, as many as 15,564,427 shares were traded hands via 61,636 transactions today.
