Minister Aryal said, “Development does not happen on the basis of access. Development happens where it is needed.”

Stating that the present government has moved forward as a model government, she said that the current government is moving faster than the previous one on the path of development.

She said that the development would be done in coordination with the federal, state, and local governments by classifying the development.

“The government is moving at a rapid pace. It’s not ours, it’s the international assessment,” she said.

Stating that today is a historic day in the health sector, Minister Aryal said that the laying of foundation stones for 396 hospitals across the country at once was a historic event.

She said, “Today, foundation stones are being laid for 396 local level hospitals on the same day. The construction of such a large number of hospitals is a revolution in the health sector. The government has announced the beginning of a revolution in the health sector.”
