Two held in connection with 50-yr-old’s murder



RAUTAHAT: Police have rounded up two individuals for their alleged involvement in the murder of a 50-year-old man in the district.

Acting on a tip-off, a police squad deployed from District Police Office, Rautahat arrested 19-year-old Bikash Paswan and 55-year-old Binda Paswan.

A gang of people including Bikash Paswan of Brindawan municipality-7 on Monday evening thrashed Amiri Paswan of the same place.

Amiri had sustained a deep cut in the attack.

Critically injured Amiri who was rushed to Garuda-based City Hospital died in the course treatment, said DSP Rabi Rawal of Area Police Office, Garuda.
