Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll hits 1,189 with 15 new fatalities



KATHMANDU: A total of 15 people died of the coronavirus in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus death toll has reached 1,189 as of Thursday afternoon with the new deaths.

Similarly, As many as 1,913 people were diagnosed coronavirus positive in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, Nepal’s COVID-19 has reached 204,242 with fresh cases as of Thursday afternoon.

Currently, there are 38,461 active cases of COVID-19.

A total of 2,349 individuals were discharged from the hospitals in the past 24 hours while the number of people winning the battle against the virus reached 164,592 in the country.

Likewise, 974 people are in quarantine facilities across the country at present.
