DANG: Three motorcycle-borne people have died after being hit by a truck in Dang district.
The deceased have been identified as 16-year-old Manoj Gahamagar of Rapti rural municipality-5, Kasam Pun Magar of Rapti-2, Lalmajhiya, and Dinesh Ghartimagar of Rapti-8, Pipari, confirmed DSP Sumit Khadka of District Police Office, Dang.
The accident took place when a truck, Na 6 Kha 3344, heading towards east from west struck a motorcycle, Ra 5 Pa 6744, coming from the opposite direction at Rapti-4, Maurighat on Tuesday night.
Police said they are investigating the case.
