WASHINGTON: US President Donald Trump accused Democrats of trying to “disenfranchise” his supporters.

He urged his supporters to “get ready for the big celebration”.

In an address to the nation today, Trump reveled in his victories in Texas and Florida, as the nation awaits results from key Midwestern battleground states.

“It’s also clear that we have won Georgia,” Trump said at the White House. “They can’t catch us.”

He also expressed confidence about winning Pennsylvania, as the state continues to count ballots.

“Most importantly we’re winning Pennsylvania by a tremendous amount of votes,” he said.

But again, there are many outstanding votes in Pennsylvania, and it’s still unclear who has won the pivotal swing state.

He termed the votes as a fraud on the American public, an embarrassment to the country.

“We were getting ready to win this election, frankly we did win this election,” he said.

He also said that they are going to the Supreme Court to prevent “them finding new ballots at 4 o clock in the morning.” “We will win this and as far as I’m concerned, we already have,” he stated.

As of now, while Biden is leading with 225 electoral college votes, Trump has 213.
