Kishor Pradhan registers candidacy for FNCCI Senior Vice President



KATHMANDU: Kishor Pradhan has announced his candidacy for the post of Senior Vice President in the upcoming Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) election.

Pradhan said that he has been working in the field of industry and commerce for the past 28 years and as the FNCCI is a temple for him, he has announced his candidacy.

He has also expressed confidence that the voters would make him victorious as his group was able to resolve all the business problems, he said during the candidacy announcement program in Kathmandu.

Anjan Shrestha has already announced his candidature for the post of commodity vice-chairman, Dinesh Shrestha for the post of district vice-chairman and Saurabh Jyoti for the post of associate vice-chairman.

The group is also supported by the current senior vice president Shekhar Golchha.

Chandra Dhakal has already announced his candidacy for the post of senior vice-president.

As there is a provision for the senior vice president to be the president in the coming term, the post of senior vice president is considered important in the election of the FNCCI.

The 54th annual general assembly election of the federation is being held in Kathmandu on November 27, 28 and 29.
