300 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in ICU, 71 on ventilator support



KATHMANDU: A total of 300 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 71 have been put on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 34 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, 13 in Province 2, 191 in Bagmati Province, 15 in Gandaki Province, 40 in Lumbini Province, four in Karnali Province, and three in Sudurpaschim Province.

A total of eight in Province 1, two in Province 2, 55 in Bagmati, three in Gandaki Province, and three in Lumbini Province are on the ventilator support.
