Myagdi records one more  COVID-19 death



MYAGDI: An 85-year-old man has died due to coronavirus infection in Myagdi district.

The octogenarian died in the course of treatment at Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the COVID-19 Treatment Center under the Pokhara Institute of Health Sciences at  8:25 pm Tuesday. Originally from Dhawalagiri rural municipality-7, Myagdi, the elderly had tested positive for the virus on October 15.

He was also suffering from pneumonia and kidney ailments, according to the hospital.

With this, the number of deaths linked with the coronavirus has reached 57 in  Gandaki Pradesh.
