BIRATNAGAR: A total of 452 fresh COVID-19 cases have been reported in Province 1 on Monday.
According to the Ministry of Social Development, there are 242 new cases in Morang, 184 in Sunsari, eight in Jhapa, two in Ilam, one each in Dhankuta, Khotang, Udayapur, and Bhojpur, and 12 in districts outside the province have been diagnosed positive.
With the new cases, coronavirus cases in Province 1 have reached 10,751.
Similarly, 44 people have been discharged today, taking total recoveries to 4,855.
