JHAPA: Police have arrested a man from Birtamode Municipality-3 in Jhapa on Wednesday evening with drugs.
The arrestee is identified as Krishna Ray, 34, from India residing in Nariabari of the municipality ward no 9.
He was arrested on the basis of special information.
Police are conducting further investigation in the case.
