210 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in ICU

29 on ventilator support



KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Population has said that 210 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 29 have been put on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health, 24 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, 17 in Province 2, 109 in Bagmati Province, six in Gandaki Province, 41 in Province 5, 13 in Karnali Province and one in Sudurpaschim Province.

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health Dr. Jageshwor Gautam also said that two in Province 1, one in Province 2, 22 in Bagmati and four in Province 5 are on the ventilator support.
