Province 1 records 145 fresh coronavirus cases, 72 discharged

BIRATNAGAR: Province 1 has seen 145 new cases, the highest number of coronavirus cases on Friday.

According to the Ministry of Social Development, the Province reported 70 cases in Morang, 34 in Sunsari, 28 in Jhapa, four in Okhaldhunga and one each in Udayapur, Solukhumbu, Bhojpur and Khotang districts.

Similarly, there have been five new cases in the people outside the Province.

With this, the number of cases in the Province has reached to 3,825 till date.

Similarly, the Province got 72 people discharged from various isolation centers established in different places. As many as 1,819 people have been discharged in the Province till Friday.
