SINDHULI: The district police arrested a cadre of the group led by Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav with improvised explosive devices from the district on Saturday.
The woman was charged with abducting a school teacher recently from Bahuntilpung.
A group of 11 cadres of the banned outfit including the woman abducted Narayan Prasad Bhandari, headmaster of Bhimsen Primary School at Tinpatan rural municipality-8.
However, the police released Bhandari from the group from Layogaun.
