End of load shedding as per govt plan: Ghising

KATHMANDU: Managing Director at Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Kulman Ghising has said he executed the administrative reform in the authority with a clear guideline of the prime minister, and energy minister so that the load shedding was ended in the country.

“Direction and guideline of Prime Minister KP Oli and Energy Minister Barshaman Pun, and untiring employees at NEA are the major impetus to ensure profit to the NEA. It has become competent and competitive because of concerted efforts. Only my lone efforts could not realize this reform,” he reminded in a press release on Thursday.

He said his attention was drawn seriously towards the social media reports that he was reappointed to the post for further four years as managing director. The news also implicated the Prime Minister and Energy Minister. He urged everyone not to be swayed by the rumors.

Ghising urged everyone not to spread false information about him.
