Nepali cricketer Lamichhane’s team Jamaica loses to Trinbago by 7 wickets



KATHMANDU: Nepali youth spinner Sandeep Lamichhane’s team Jamaica Tallawah has faced a defeat at the hands of Trinbago Knight Riders.

Trinbago defeated Jamaica Tallawah by seven wickets in the second match held under the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) on Friday.

Trinbago had reached the target of 136 runs set by Jamaica with 11 balls to spare.

Trinbago’s Sunil Narine top-scored with 53 runs. Lamichhane had taken Narine’s wicket by giving away 30 runs in four overs.
