Devghat rural municipality sealed for a week due to COVID-19



TAHANUN:  Devghat rural municipality of Tahanu district has been sealed for a week after the coronavirus spread to the community level.

The rural municipality took a decision to this effect in a bid to minimize the risks of coronavirus spread.

Two men aged 54 and 30 of Devghat rural municipality-5 were confirmed infected with the virus during tests at the laboratory of Bharapur Hospital on Wednesday.

“The rural municipality has been sealed for a week starting today after the coronavirus infection cases increased of late,” said Rural Municipality Chief Durga Bahadur Thapa.
