14 persons test positive for COVID-19 in Budhanilkantha Municipality



KATHMANDU: As many as 14 persons, including eight members of a single family in Budhanilkantha Municipality, have tested positive for coronavirus on Wednesday.

Eight members of a same family living in Panchakanya Chowk of Budhanilkantha-10 have tested positive for the pandemic virus, Budhanilkantha Municipality informed.

The family of a 38-year-old man who own a shop in New Road has been infected with coronavirus, Navaraj Bhattarai, Spokesperson and Ward Chairman of Budhanilkantha-10 confirmed.

Similarly, a 34-year-old man from Shiva Mandir of Ward No. 4, a 32-year-old man from Deuba Chowk of Ward No. 3 and a 6-year-old boy from Mandhikhatar of Ward No. 8 have been confirmed infected with COVID-19.

Likewise, a 33-year-old woman from Fulbari Marg and a 35-year-old man of Phulwari Colony of Ward No. 1 have also been tested positive for coronavirus.
