Xi says ready to bolster China-Nepal ties

KATHMANDU: Chinese President Xi Jinping said Saturday that he attaches great importance to the development of China-Nepal relations.

Sending a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Nepal and China, President Xi said China is willing to work with the Nepal government to bolster bilateral ties between the two countries.

In an exchange of congratulatory messages with Bhandari, Xi further said he is ready to work with Bhandari to bring greater benefits to the two peoples and make positive contributions to regional stability and development.
