Honorary Consul General of Republic of Portugal Rajendra Khetan has been awarded for his special contribution.
Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali on Saturday honored his contribution with an award at a function organized by Honorary Consular Corps Nepal.
Khetan, who is the founder Vice President of Nepal France Friendship Society, was awarded on Saturday amid a program at Chandragiri at the presence of Minister for Foreign Affairs Gyawali, MoFA Secretary Shankar Bairagi, ambassadors, among others.
The Nepal France Friendship Society was established in 2017.
Khetan served as dean of Honorary Consular Corps Nepal from 2017-18.
