Nat’l identity card distribution resumes in Nawalparasi East



NAWALPARASI: The distribution of national Identity cards has started in Nawalparasi East.

District Administration Office (DAO) has started distributing the identity cards by setting up a separate office room in the district.

Chief District Officer Sagarmani Pathak on Wednesday inaugurated the identity card distribution program by handing over an identity card to Sunildatta Kanhar, a local of Ramgram-7.

Originally, the government had planned to distribute identity cards from mid-April but it had been hit by the coronavirus pandemic.

The government had started distributing the national identity cards from Panchthar.
