KATHMANDU: There are chances of heavy rainfall at a few places of Province 1, Province 2 and Bagmati Province and at one or two places of Gandaki Province, Province 5 and Sudurpaschim Province on Sunday.
The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) stated that the weather will be generally to mostly cloudy throughout the country.
Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at many places of the country, it said in a weather bulletin issued for today.
Necessary precautions are requested as landslides, soil erosion, road and air traffic might be affected and inundation can occur in hilly areas without proper drainage for the next 24 hours, the met office said.
