KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has instructed banks and other financial institutions to stay open on Saturday.

NRB’s Banks and Financial Institutions Regulation Department Chief Dev Kumar Dhakal informed that the instruction has been aimed at easing the revenue collection process which has been halted due to the nationwide prolonged lockdown imposed to curb the coronavirus spread.
