20 COVID-19 patients in Banke discharged



BANKE: A total of 20 COVID-19 patients who were undergoing treatment at various health facilities in Banke district have been discharged from their hospitals today upon their full recovery.

This takes the tally of COVID-19 recovered patients in the district to 69.

Resource person at Health Office, Banke Naresh Shrestha shared that 20 COVID-19 infected persons from Narainapur Rural Municipality in the district were discharged from an isolation center set up at Agriculture Training Centre at Janaki Rural Municipality.

One COVID-19 conqueror from ward no 1, 3 from ward no 4 and 16 from ward no 3 were sent home today, according to Shrestha.

So far, 31 patients have been discharged from isolation facility set up at Khajura, 20 from Janaki, 12 from Nepalgunj and 6 from Beljundi, Dang district.

There are altogether 271 COVID-19 cases reported in the district with one casualty case reported on Monday noon. RSS
