Around 37,000 quarantined in Sudurpaschim Province

DADELDHURA: Around 37,000 people are living in quarantines set up in different districts of Sudurpaschim Province.

As of Saturday, 36,993 people have been placed in quarantine in nine districts of the province.

The highest number of 9,433 people are in quarantine in Kailali. After that, there are 6,320 in Doti who are in quarantine, according to the Province Health Directorate.

Similarly, 5,592 in Kanchanpur, 4,626 in Baitadi, 3,447 in Dadeldhura, 2,920 in Achham, 1,939 in Bajura, 1,872 in Bajhang and the lowest number of 844 in Darchula have been quarantined.

There are 32,638 males and 4,355 females in quarantines across the province.
