BHOJPUR: The serpentine road stretching from the Bhojpur district headquarters through Kotdanda to Behere Dobhan on the banks of the Pikhuwa River is gaining popularity among domestic tourists.
Flowing gracefully along lush green hillsides, the road resembles a snake as it descends, offering a captivating view at first glance. Its distinctive serpentine form has made it a popular destination for photography and videography.
Located in Bhojpur Municipality–12, the approximately 13-kilometer-long road features dozens of sharp bends. Beyond its visual appeal, it has significantly improved connectivity, linking remote settlements with the district headquarters and transforming the daily lives of local residents.
Places that once required hours of walking are now accessible by vehicle, making travel far more convenient. The road also serves as a vital link connecting Bhojpur to the southern region.
The natural beauty surrounding the road further enhances its appeal. Dense green forests, rolling hills, and the scenic view of the Pikhuwa River flowing below add to the experience.
