US provides additional $3.6m aid to Nepal flood victims



WASHINGTON DC: The US government has announced more than $3.6 million in additional humanitarian aid for flood victims in Nepal.

In a press release issued by the US Department of State on Saturday, the US said it would support the Nepali people during these difficult times by providing more than $3.6 million in life-saving humanitarian assistance.

According to the statement, food assistance will be provided to 10,000 flood-affected people for three months.
