KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Valley is likely to experience rain today, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.
According to the Division, light to moderate rain is likely in the Valley today. This morning, the sky over Kathmandu Valley remained cloudy with visibility of around 6,000 meters. The minimum temperature recorded at 5:45 am was 17.4°C.
However, this is an initial reading. The actual minimum temperature is measured at 8:45 am, and it is expected to be slightly lower or similar to the current reading.
Yesterday (Tuesday), the minimum temperature in Kathmandu Valley was 18.4°C, while the maximum reached 27.5°C.
The Division is scheduled to issue its national weather forecast at 8:00 am today.
