NRB issues today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has set the foreign exchange rates for Sunday. The buying rate for one US dollar (USD) is Rs 151.41, while the selling rate is Rs 152.01.

The Euro is priced at Rs 174.32 (buy) and Rs 175.01 (sell), and the pound streling at Rs 201.41 (buy) and Rs 202.20 (sell). The Swiss franc stands at Rs 189.92 (buy) and Rs 190.67 (sell).

Likewise, the Australian dollar is valued at Rs 104.37 (buy) and Rs 104.79 (sell), the Canadian dollar at Rs 109.32 (buy) and Rs 109.75 (sell), and the Singapore dollar at Rs 117.64 (buy) and Rs 118.10 (sell).

Among Asian currencies, 10 Japanese Yen are set at Rs 9.47 (buy) and Rs 9.51 (sell), while the Chinese yuan is Rs 21.91 (buy) and Rs 21.99 (sell). The Saudi riyal is Rs 40.35 (buy) and Rs 40.51 (sell), and the Qatari riyal is Rs 41.44 (buy) and Rs 41.61 (sell).

Similarly, the Thai baht is Rs 4.60 (buy) and Rs 4.62 (sell), the UAE dirham is Rs 41.23 (buy) and Rs 41.39 (sell), and the Malaysian ringgit is Rs 37.73 (buy) and Rs 37.88 (sell). The South Korea won stands at Rs 10.03 (buy) and Rs 10.07 (sell) per 100 units. The Swedish krona is Rs 16.05 (buy) and Rs 16.11 (sell), while the Danish krone is Rs 23.33 (buy) and Rs 23.42 (sell).

Similarly, the Indian rupee is fixed at Rs 160 (buy) and Rs 160.15 (sell) per 100 units.

Nepal Rastra Bank noted that these rates are subject to revision at any time as needed. Rates set by commercial banks may vary, and updated figures are available on the central bank’s official website.
